Personal Care

Personal care refers to anything that is done for yourself. This could involve personal duties like bathing, showering, applying creams and lotions, dressing, and toileting, as well as continence management1 and regular laundry, all done in the privacy of your own home.

Employee:

Has a duty to take reasonable care of their own health & safety
